Timothy Consalvi - President, Chief Executive Officer,
Director
Mr. Consalvi has overall responsibility for Gateway
International. He is also President of All American CNC Sales,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gateway International. Mr. Consalvi
who founded All American CNC in 1993, manages the operations
for that company, including strategic planning, working directly
with new equipment supplies, and managing orders, deliveries
and repairs. Mr. Consalvi has worked in the machine tool
industry since 1978, and has specialized in the sale of new
CNC machine tools since 1983.
Stephen M. Kasprisin - Secretary / Part Time CFO
Mr. Kasprisin was previously the COO and CFO of Naturade,
Inc., a public company that manufactures and distributes
nutraceutical supplements to the retail trade. Before joining
Naturade, Mr. Kasprisin was a financial consultant with Cerius
Consulting Group; the CFO of BMK, Inc., a distributor of
general merchandise to grocery and drug stores; and the CFO
of Acorn Products, Inc., previously a public manufacturer
of lawn and garden tools. Mr. Kasprisin began his finance
career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, specializing in public
manufacturing companies.
Joseph T.W. Gledhill - Executive Vice President, Director
Mr. Gledhill is President of Eran Engineering, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Gateway International, and manages the Precision
Manufacturing Group. Mr. Gledhill started his career in the manufacturing
industry in Leeds, England. He immigrated to the United States
and returned to work in the manufacturing industry. In 1972,
he formed Mar-VI Industries and began manufacturing computer
parts. In 1979, he founded Merlin Engineering, which he sold
in 1984. He then started DJ Industries, specializing in the manufacture
of precision machine parts to first-tier customers in the defense
industry. In 1999, upon the sale of DJ Industries, Mr. Gledhill
joined Elite Machine, and became vice president of that company.
Since 2003, he has been President of Eran Engineering.
